Land claim flags
11×11 tiles, no rent, yours for good.

What it is
A flag that stakes a square of ground as yours: 11 tiles by 11, centred where you plant it, with room for up to 10,000 things. Only you can put things down on your plot or pick them up. Everyone can still walk across it and admire it.
Where to get one
The Market, LAND aisle, free. Every player gets one plot in the world. The flag stays in your bag when you plant it: it's your right to a plot, not something you use up.
Claiming
- Find open ground outside the arrival town (the eight cells around the quay can't be claimed).
- Drag the flag from your bag onto the ground. The 11×11 square is drawn on the ground first, so you can see exactly what you'd get.
- The prompt asks CLAIM THIS LAND? Move the square if you like, then say yes.
- Click the flag to give the plot a name. It shows on the badge in the corner whenever anyone stands on your land.
Picking it up
Click your flag and choose PICK UP FLAG. The land goes back to being open ground, and everything that stood on it leaves the world. Nothing is lost: it's all still in your bag, and so is the flag, ready to plant somewhere else.
Good to know
- One plot each. Had more than one before 30 September 2026? You keep them all.
- Up to 10,000 things on a plot, stacked or not. The next one after that won't go down.
- Plots can't overlap. First come, first served.
- No rent, no upkeep, no decay. Ever.
- Land can't be sold, traded or given away. It's yours or it's nobody's.
- More plots, and bigger ones, are coming later.
